Need voltage
Hard to know for sure, but it does sound like battery pack could be low. As I suggest to any person with a electric golf cart, get a nice in dash digital voltmeter so you always know the state of the pack.
I think the warning light comes on in a CC around 48 volts. The pack will gain a slight bit of voltage while parked at the rec center, but not significant. I would expect the light to come back on when driving home, unless after the rec center, your ride was much shorter than before.
This could be caused by just one bad battery, could be caused by the charger not coming on night before, but like I said without knowing the voltages it is just a guess.
