Indy is right in that most all of the modern security systems are wireless, and thus almost impossible for a burglar to bypass or disable. Frontpoint also has "crash protection" meaning if someone breaks in and immediately takes a bat to the control panel, it automatically sets off and dispatches law enforcement.
