The worst reaction is to be paranoid about an occasional burglary in TV. Let's face facts----it happens and it doesn't matter what community you happen to reside. The operative word here is occasionally. There are honest poor as well as honest middle-class and rich. Poor people needing items that we throw away has little to do with being a thief who would break into your home and steal your valuables. Just because you are poor doesn't make you a burglar IMHO.
