I'm not surprised at all, Gracie, and I think it is an excellent idea. A good friend and her husband experienced the birth of a child over 40 years ago with this described medical condition. They were devastated but rallied and decided to opt for a girl. You guessed it, they picked the wrong gender for the child who as an adult, copes with the situation.
