USAA told us they would service our policy but it would actually be issued by AGI as USAA does write homeowners in Florida. The reason is the cost of the hurricane damage 2005-2007. They are still member owned and this is how they keep our premiums down. We have used them for 42 years and would not change ever if we didn't have to.
