For a flat, I'd get a can of Fix-It Flat (good thing to always have in your cart for emergencies). After it fills and seals the tire (good for about 3 days), I'd take the cart to Wal-Mart on 466 and have them fix the tire. As much as I like Willie and pretty much think he walks on water, he'd probably be too expensive for this kind of job (if he even did it).
