I called McGowan, who came by a few days later and she took notes and then emailed me an estimate a few days later. They were so booked that I then had to wait three weeks for them to do the job.
When Terracape was finished it looked like this, basically much like the original layout but with rocks and a small palm tree. The second photo is how it looked after McGowan was finished.

John, we are always talking landscape price on these threads, but everyone makes the comment "it depends what they do". Looking at the before and after gives us a pretty good idea of what happened. You gave us the cost for Terrascape - it would be interesting to see how much more you paid McGowan for their job. Just curious as numbers seem to be all over the place with these guys.
