You can count on that they will fix it if it is a new house. They may have others to do first but I feel sure it will be fixed. Is THAT what they said? I find it hard to understand what you are telling us. I know of three such problems discussed on this forum and one drainage issue of a friend and they were all solved to the home owners satisfaction. Why would they stop doing the right stuff now?


Is it that you have to wait for a while? WHAT EXACTLY did home warranty tell you. No? YES? Maybe? Get lost? It ain't our problem?


Someone else near you relandscaped and screwed up drainage to your property?
