Do I need to get county building permits for this work?

I had heard that permits and inspection were only needed for "exterior" work or additions to exterior.

I appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thanks.
Which of the 3 countys and 1 town do you live in??
I believe all require permits when it comes to electrical, call Lady Lake building Dept at 352-751-1511
