Default Tablet Questions
I used to be tech savvy, but no more.

Walmart is offering a HP 7 Table for$99. I was thinking of making this a Xmas gift for myself
1. If one has a wireless router in their home, will this tablet work?
2. Does one need a additonal plan to use a tablet, when out an about?
3. How many people utilize the internet connections, at various businesses?
4. Is an "Apple Iphone", the only way to get connection to the internet w/o having to be concerned when out and about?
5. Is the Apple Iphone cost effective as opposed to getting a plan for the tablet?

Any info, will be appreciated.
