Termite Protection
It is amazing how some companies just feel entitled to our business. I found this attitude when dealing with Massey Services. They called several times, but when they did make a connection and an appointment, the attitude was not pleasant. How dare I ask questions concerning the need for this service. I made an appointment for them to come out between 8:30-9:30 a.m. I had another appt. at 7:30 that morning, so I hustled to be home in time. I was on time. They never showed!
A call to see how long I was expected to wait on them, received the same indignant attitude. "We can't find your appointment," was the summary of the conversation. Needless to say, I will find someone that wants to provide a service. Massey Services will never do any additional business in my household.
Maybe I will send them a bill for my time wasted waiting on them. The answer will be, "Oh, we never had an appointment." Bull!
