It hasn't been that many years----- I remember a hot tub at the ski lodge outside with roof high snow all around with the temps in the teens. With a bottle of wine and your significant other---invigorating! Like already posted---pool is kept at 82 or slightly above. It's never too cool in TV for a swim.

However, I have observed that private pool activity slows way down during the winter months. For comfort the water must be heated.
