I think Chatham is one of the prettiest places in all of TV. The landscaping is mature and well maintained and it is obvious there is a lot of pride in ownership in the people that live there.
The other cool thing about Chatham is it is named after Chatham, Michigan which is in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan(DA UP EH) about 30 miles from my out of TV home Marquette, Michiigan.
