I have been involved in a couple of cases where people applied for disability. I seems the program is for the disability claim to be denied at least once. Some states grand disability easily while in others, it is nearly impossible to get aproval.At this moment . I have a 51 year old daughter who is usualy bed ridden 3 to 4 days every week. She in in almost constant pain, suffering from Fibromalgia, Lupus, Rumatoid (?) Arthritis. Sclaradoma and connective tissue disease. She has what is called foot drop and nerve loss in her right leg.She also falls a lot and has had two back surgeries. All that said, she has applied for disability benefits in Illinois and was denied. She is also alone and trying to survive. A year ago she did appeal the dnial but hasn't heard anything.
