Default Re: A Really Dumb or not so Dumb Question about Cats!

It is so nice hearing from "cat people". I just moved here with two cats and my one is having a terrible time adjusting. My older cat is scared of the ceiling fans, but otherwise is doing okay. My younger one is so depressed. He used to love our sunroom in PA where he would watch the squirrels, birds and chipmunks. Here there is nothing to watch and he is so bored. He has ventured out into the lanai, but runs back in and spends most of his time under the bed. Only after midnight does he pace around, crying. Thank goodness I have not had a problem with the litter boxes. I have two boxes in the master bathroom. This way the stray litter or any odor seems to be contained. Of course I am constantly sweeping the floor and I keep the boxes immaculate. The good thing is when you come in the front door or door off garage no one would have any idea there are litter boxes.
