Very shortly there will be an online service here in The Villages that will offer what you are looking for. Watch The Dailyt Sun for an announcement.

This will not be affiliated in any way with The Villages golf course operations, the USGA, or GHINŽ. Your handicap will be based on The Villages executive course information unique to the provider of the service.
