Ipanema in Ocala. It's a Chirascarria (sp) Brazilian Barbecue. Very upscale and very expensive, but, oh my goodness, what a treat! Great for celebrating a special occasion. We've been there three times, and never disappointed. They serve 11 types of meat, all for the asking. Turn your disk over to the red side and the "Gauchos" leave you alone. Turn over to green and they stop at your table with whatever type of meat they happen to be carrying (on a skewer) at the time. They slice some onto your plate and yummmmm. They also have a grilled pineapple rolled in cinnamon and sugar that they slice onto your plate. Try it.
