Quick Story ~ The night before we where going to take a 800 miles trip up north to visit family I discovered my car needed to have a serpentine belt replaced & other minor repairs. I contacted Julia Powell Fleming our real estate agent with The Villages Real Estate. She was at a Justin Timberlake Concert in Orlando. She contacted me and set up a repair for us in the morning so we could leave on our trip. She did a great job finding us our new home and has continued to assist us after the closing.
