Glad to hear that overall those participating seems to be happy with the progress being made with this program. Now I am in the system I can contact them in case of emergency. Previously unless a doctor has been assigned to me, I couldn't go to them. I had to visit Urgent Care across from Village Hospital. Since wife's appointment with the doctor won't be until February, she can't visit Health facility until then. Need to go to Urgent Care. Seems like a bummer since she is already registered with Village Health. Would be great if she can see any doctor for temporally care. Re greeter, I didn't have any problem. They were smiling as I entered. Guess it's like going to a good hotel. The receptionist as well as a doorman can make a difference with one's first impression. On the other hand I go to a gorgeous restaurant with great ambience but if the food was not great, it spoils the purpose of the visit. Clinic like this would be the care of the doctor and PA towards us. As I said, so far so good and those posting seem to agree. Look forward to the next step.
