Several months ago, the grout was getting more and more stained and I kept pointing it out and he said he was trying different things. It was about two months before the grout was actually clean. If you are coming every week, there should be no reason for the grout not be clean. The other day, the heater wasn't working which isn't their fault. But when they came out to fix whatever it was which was under warranty, they pulled out the filter which was pretty black and said it should have been replaced after one year. A year was over six months ago. Someone isn't paying attention. This is a minor replacement. I worry about things not getting done that can affect larger issues. When I mentioned my concerns, the person on the other end said, "Well, I apologize but we can't go back in time...the filter needs to be replaced. It is $80. Do you want someone to come or not." A little underwhelming for a good customer relationship. I just thought I might check around to see if anyone is thrilled with someone else.

Funny that you should mention about the pool filter being dirty. I spend most of my time up north, but when I come down I always find my pool clean and sparkling. However I did ask how they clean out the filter if my house water is completely turned off? His reply.... he doesn't!!! The only time that the filter gets cleaned out is when I'm down, otherwise it stays dirty.
