Answer is mistake in planning and design. You can strive for perfection but even in TV you don't always achieve it. My observation is that there is more use of golf carts than was planned and appropriately designed for the Colony area.
Its busy now but could be even more so depending how the new Fruitland Park Village fits into the equation. Roundabout option or signal light makes sense to me. I don't see a bridge solving the problem and it's the most expensive. Developer is correct with His proposals.
