Good to know about Paypal. I considered that a safe site
but then again, I just had to cancel my debit card because I shopped at Target!
I decided to set up a buffer account and get a debit/check card for that account. Any online shopping that I do will come out of that account. I will only move enough money in to cover the purchase, that way, that is all the money anyone could get. I would hate to go back to using that old stuff again...what was it called?? Oh, yes, CASH!
