I went to Home Depot yesterday and bought $65 worth of bulbs. I think I'm set for life with bulbs and Tom thought I was crazy.

A six pack of incandescent 60 watt bulbs was $8. One 60 watt energy efficient bulb was $11. Nope, I'm not crazy!

I know they claim the new bulbs last longer, but its all about the money. Besides I dislike having to wait 5 minutes for the new bulbs to warm and get light.
