Yes, original recipe KFC is pressure cooked, but it seems to me to be much greasier than Broasted brand chicken.

The last time I ate KFC, a few months ago, I had a very upset stomach from all the grease --- but the herbs and spices still tasted good. I tend to keep the Alka-Seltzer people in business these days.
