I'm in a swarm of construction and was leaving the hood today when I followed an unmarked truck going round and round the neighborhood. I stayed on him till he went out of my hood and into the next one, where he finally stopped at a vacant house. Long story short, they are follow up painters who couldn't find section 211. Indeed they behaved suspiciously, and I got their tag, truck id, names, etc....
