Yes, I bought one at Amazon, but I am a sucker for anything that tells me I'm going to lose a bunch of weight!

I followed it for a while and I think it was an incentive to cut back on food and walk more, but now it is in the drawer with all the other miracle weight loss thingees I have purchased over the years.

I am following a plan that I like much more than any other. I watched a Dr.Oz one evening last year and saw someone called Chris Powell, he was so sensible in his approach that I downloaded his info and just follow that now. His premise is that every body has a set point and needs a certain number of calories to stay healthy, you get that by multiplying your weight by 12.
