I have linoleum in my kitchen and bathrooms. A rug guy recommended white vinegar and water instead of using a swiffer mop. He said it leaves a residue that you will track, throughout the house. I used the swiffer once and noticed my slpippers were sticking to the kitchen floor. Sine using vinegar and water, i have had no problems.
I am no expert, but I would go to google and see if vinegar and water, can be used on laminate floors. I would tend to think, that you need a slightly damp mop, as opposed to using anything that is wet, as it wll cause problems. IMHO
