In my experience, most places are negotiable. They take trade-ins and you have choices of color, and options such as tire and wheel sizes, lighting, enclosures, seats, etc., etc. Shop around before you settle on one. You may be surprised at what kind of deal you can make. Our last cart was bought with 2 trade-ins, site unseen. They took our word for the condition and quoted us a price right there. Have fun!
