Default Hanging pictures etc.
I want to hang some pictures and mirrors in my house but I'm curious about damaging the vapor barrier if I hang them on an outside wall? I wasn't able to see while they were building if there is much space between the concrete block, the plastic barrier and then the wall board. Any ideas??
