My kids recently visited and I rented a Villa to house them all. My son in law returned his rental car to Enterprise TV but left the garage door remote attached to the visor. Long story short … Josh at Enterprise TV made about 8-10 phone calls during hectic operations and, with Rebecca’s help over the course of several days, finally tracked the remote down in Orlando. Rebecca then mailed it to my home which I received today.

Enterprise is an excellent company, and I will continue renting cars from Josh and the guys at their Villages office. I really appreciated the extra effort.
It's always nice when someone reports about good service. That kind of service can trump price. Thanks for posting.
