BestMickey--Nowhere in Chapter 316 is there any mention (that I could find, and I have been there several times looking for this information) of golf cart speed limits or modified carts. Please tell me the statutes that I am looking for and where I can find them.

Villages Kahuna--Where does it say anything about 19.9 MPH. I have heard the same thing but can't find it anywhere. I have seen in print somewhere that it is a federal statute, but can't find it. But is it fact or is it what we believe (19.9)?

I like to know the law, not what folks think should be the law or what they believe it is.
