when at least one courtyard villa area became a cut through for speeding golf carts and drivers ignoring stop signs , sumter county did monitor it and hand out expensive tickets.
that stretch of road now has multiple speed bumps. so our golf carts take a beating even at sow speeds but very few drive fast over speed bumps that toss and shake their carts.i think the police still sit and monitor those stop signs periodically.
