Hi, quirky,

I'm still VPL.
If this is about the blood type diet, I have a couple of books on this subject and tried it for a while. My blood is type O and I'm supposed to be a meat eater, but now I'm a vegan/vegetarian, depending on what day it is.
I have found, through experimenting with both meat and non-meat diets that I feel about the same either way. And my weight stayed the same too. I was at my ideal weight with both diets.
The only thing that changed for the better with veganism was some of my numbers like cholesterol. I had good cholesterol with the meat diet but it got even better when I switched over to veganism. And I must say that I enjoy veganism/vegetarianism better.
Sometime after I started the blood type diet I discovered the book, "The China Study" and I found it very compelling. It recommends veganism for the purpose of preventing cancer and almost all other degenerative diseases.
