JUST HEARD - NO CLOSING COSTS ON NEW HOMES
My village realtor just told me that since we were down to TV in March, they are now offering no closing costs and no utilities hook up etc when you buy a new home. She did confirm that the $10,000 and $20,000 discount is only on Designer homes in villages they are closing out. Has anyone been told this?? Anyone just purchase a new home?? What was your experience.
