I like the Gate situation that we have now- Puts eyes on most traveled streets. Calms traffic, provides info to visitors. etc. Could there be improvements, probably. There are several places that would be killing grounds(for carts) if not gated. EX= Bialey and Buena Vista.
The crime ststistics are extremely low in TV. I doubt that anyone can point to another community of 100,000 plus with statistics this low. Sould we be diligent? Yes, panicky?,no JMHO
