Dry Rain
In Seattle we call it dry rain.
The moisture in the air is so high that it condenses on any cool surface but nothing falling. If the surface is cooler than the air. Sometimes a mist so fine you don't notice it. I use to get it on my briefcase waiting for the bus. Seattle has it allot as we have fog or clouds at ground level in higher elevations most early mornings.
