YES the cost of the bond ( re Infrastructure cost .. sewer, water, streets, electric, cable, etc ) is by neighborhood or village. Actually by Unit number or Villa Village.
The CDD is separate and is used to support common areas and pay of the debt for the executive golf courses, gold cart path mtn. and recreation centers. In Chatham The Villages sold back to the home owners 2 executive golf course, Chatham Recreation and Mulberry center.. cost them $8M and sold it back @ $50M.......
