AAC is the Amenity Authority Committee. A simplified explanation of their function is, they decide where our amenity fees are to be spent. Spending on a particular project will not cause the fees to increase. Increases are contractual.
I recommend attending one of the classes offered by the CCD for a fuller and correct explanation of their duties.
