You can navigate to the page in TOTV you want to start at and then BOOKMARK that page and save it. Then use that bookmark to access the site and that same page will be your start point.
A keyboard shortcut method is to use the the Ctrl + D key combination to add the bookmark when you are at the page you want to start from.
