I live in central Florida in a 55+ community called The Villages. This community currently has over 40,000 homes ( about 60,000 retirees ) and will build out at 75,000 homes ( over 100,000 retirees ) in 5 years. There are already 63 restaurants here ( Check this site out

We are located between 17 miles south of Ocala and 12 miles North of Leesburg. Each of those small towns has your restaurants.... ( BUT VERY INCOVIENIENT ) Please consider building one here SOON....
