This is absolutly unbelievable! I'm incensed as is my husband! Just to let you know after I read your response I called the Laural Manor Regional Recreation Center and asked if getting the yearly "in area guest passes" was just a convenience and they were still limited to 30 days per year and he said NO. The pass is issued for a year and they can use it all year! No wonder the family pools are crowded and we definitely will be having a harder time getting tee times when the renters come this winter. I wish there were another place that offered the golf and golfcart access like here because we would be out of here. How can they be allowed to change the rules in midstream. Wonder what would happen if we put statues on our front lawn. Heck we just changed the rules for ourselves, if they can do it why can't we?
