Your right chacam maybe I should drop out of the VHA and join the POA. It is not whining when you stand up for what is right, it is protecting your investment! Personally I have no problem with seasonal residents because they are paying their way all year long and only enjoying TV parttime. Our home was empty for a whole year before we were able to move here and we had no complaint paying for what we purchased and it's upkeep. You have a weird sense of humor.
