However note that I don't think without a villages key card (only available to residents) that you can travel from outside the villages by Stonecrest. It is my understanding the golf cart trails are maintained by and for the use of the villages residents they are not maintained by the county, so no access is available to non residents. It is my understanding that you can't drive a golf cart on streets that have a speed limit over 35 even if they are street legal nor can you cross one. So if you are outside The Villages the answer would be you probably can't get to Spanish Springs by cart.
If you search on this site you will see many threads on the people from Stonecrest trying to get access via cart as they were misled when they bought by those promoting that area. |

Crossing 441 in a regular cart at 175th Pl, will be legal within a couple months...
