I had cloudy dishes, too, and complained to a friend. She told me that it is the phosphate free soap that we are forced to use.... However, you can order the most amazing soap from Amazon and I promise you, NO more cloudy glasses!
Do a search for "Bubble Bandit" and order it! You will NOT be sorry! I could see a HUGE difference in my glassware after 1-2 washes. Just to make sure I was seeing things properly, I went back to Cascade Pro for a wash...ICK! Glasses came out merky/cloudy, again! No more Cascade (and yes, I use Jet Dry with every load, but dishes were still cloudy), ever again. Bubble Bandit has our business forever!
