Missed the doesn't drive part. A person in todays world can not be independent and successful if they can't get around without mom and dad. I learned to drive a car in my 20's because I went to high school in Florida and had a scooter until after college if the cost or availability of a car is an issue a Vespa like scooter or even one with a little more get up and go is a good alternative or at least it worked for me.
