I had Prism in my home in St James (fiber to the premise). Side by side with Xfinity, picture quality as no comparison. Prism has ZERO high definition on demand and the Internet was painfully slow. I tried it for 3 weeks and turned in the equipment.

Having an on demand library in old school square (4:3) 480i standard definition in 2013 is an embarrassment. Who watches that? If it's not HD, we don't want it.
