Regarding the Leviton box and the blue cables in it, I have the same arrangement at our house in Collier (as I remember - I am away until March). Are the blue cables CAT5 or standard telephone cables? Are the wall outlets in the house for telephone or networking?

I do not think I am hijacking this thread as I need this information to help decide on our ISP.
