Actually, I think the requirements for age/vaccinations and neutering are marks of a responsibly run dog park. Even our groomer wouldn't accept our puppies until they had all their vaccinations (3 months), and we were advised by our vet not to take them to dog parks, the beach, or even to Petco or PetSmart until their vac schedule was completed.

As for dog parks/day care and neutering, I won't take our dog to either one of those if it accepts non neutered dogs. The males can be too aggressive. I just think it's not a good mix, neutered and non neutered.
