As many of you know, I am an ASHI Certified Inspector and I specialize in one year warranty inspections.
I only book two inspections a day because I want to concentrate on YOUR home and not getting to the next one. A typical inspection takes over 3 hours at your home. I then spend another hour or so on your report at my office before sending it to you AND The Villages warranty department that same day.
The report is usually about 40 pages long, easy to read and understand with plenty of pictures, etc. I also send you a more concise "checklist" so you can keep track of the repairs made afterwards.
I'm happy to help you understand things unique to a southern home, such as maintaining your A/C, sprinkler systems, etc.
I am humbled to say that I do get a bit booked up, and it is wise to schedule your warranty inspection early. It is not unusual to be booked weeks in advance.
I've been very blessed.....I've met some of the nicest and most interesting folks both here on TOTV and of course in The Villages. Thanks again.
