There is no "residential" natural gas service available south of 466A and the gas company verified no gas lines in the "residential" streets.
I have seen a number of propane gas tanks being installed in our neighborhood.
We are seriously considering doing the same. Just can't get used to electric cooktop and really miss our dual fuel range. We had electric ovens and five gas cooktop burners. It was the best of both worlds.
